Assistant Principal

Welcome to Wacoochee Elementary School!

I am so excited to serve as your Assistant Principal. I am a proud graduate of Russell County High School. I went on to further my education at Troy University. I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s in Elementary Education, a Master’s certification in Educational Leadership, and an Educational Specialist’s degree in Educational Leadership.  I served as an elementary teacher in Russell County for 9 years. I went on to serve as the 10th-grade assistant principal at Smiths Station High School for 2 years, and I am now proud to call Wacoochee Elementary my home.
I am married to Jarvis, and we have an amazing daughter, Chelsea, and a spoiled fur baby Jackson. I love attending church, reading, journaling, shopping, and spending family time.  I am a firm believer that it requires a village for our students. I do my best to be a part of that village. Thanks so much for sharing your child(ren) with me, and I look forward to our students achieving amazing things with our collaboration.
